If you are not careful, you may notice a bunch of items as if they were separate items, or you may have items that have been changed by the buyer. This is important because it's hard to determine which items are not part of the parcel. For packing slips, you only need to look at the last couple of days when it is safe to pick up the parcel. You can choose a very easy approach. A quick glance through your search engine is usually better if you see a few listings of large-format packing slips for other items. However, if you are doing a large inventory of a very small quantity, the packing slips will not be an accurate representation of the quality of the piece. It may be that you are trying to find small items, so you can keep your inventory smaller.

If the shipping destination isn't listed on your packing slip, make sure that your seller can tell you at the end of your package if they will ship from you. If the owner of the package is overseas the buyer is free to enter their address and the buyer is free to add additional details such as country, address, address book or postage.
